Baggage Policy:
We allow up to two large suitcase 27x18x11 inches and 1 personal item. The large suitcase can be substituted for a pair of skis, snowboard or golf clubs. Additional baggage is $10.00 per bag. Oversized baggage $25.00 per piece if room is available and pre-arranged by emailing us at travel@breckdirectshuttle.com

Cancellation Policy:
At Breck Direct we understand the aches of travel, so, we’ve made our policy a little more rider friendly. We offer 80% refund if you cancel 24 hours or more of our scheduled departure. Since bad weather may cause delay or cancellation of your flight or you miss your flight, we offer either a 50% refund or (A) we will change your reservation if seats are available on a different day within 48 hours of your original flight, or         (B) if you cancel within 6 hours of our scheduled departure from Denver International Airport or Breckenridge.                                                  PLEASE EMAIL US: travel@breckdirectshuttle.com this way your request is time stamped. Please include your name, date of travel ,confirmation number and phone number. We may need to contact you. We will refund you within 72 hours.

Extra Passengers:                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Once a reservation is submitted and accepted, we do not allow add-ons. Any additional passengers will need to make a new reservation.  (Shuttle Only)

Getting around Summit County and Breckenridge:
The Town of Breckenridge has a free bus service called the Free Ride. breckfreeride.com Summit County offers 20 hours of free bus service to most towns and ski areas.

Licensing:
Breck Direct is licensed with both the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We have our mandatory insurance on file with them.

Lost and Found:
Breck Direct is going to be a leader of the industry. We are going to look through the vehicle before you depart, so you leave with what you came with. If for any reason we miss something you can either email us at travel@breckdirectshuttle.com or call 970-453-050

Privacy Policy:
Breck Direct will not share any of your personal information with anyone.
Breck Direct will not send you any solicitation in any form. We respect your privacy and peace.

Private Charters:
We include up to one hour for stops along the way. Any additional time will be based on availability and billed at the rate of $80.00 per hour in increments of fifteen minutes. Round-trip charters only. Other charters can buy extra time.
There will be no additional charge for luggage. If you have excessive luggage, please send an email to travel@breckdirectshuttle.com
